Overall, an insanely great company/experience. Interviewed several garage cabinet companies before taking the DIY leap. Many of the higher end companies want to sell you metal cabinets, which I didn't see the need for. The powder coated wood really adds to the look and solid feel of the doors/drawers. Here is a my feedback/breakdown: - Design Tool and Personalized Support: Used the design tool to play with several different ideas before deciding on the configuration in the photos. The design tool isn't wildly modern, but any confusion was quickly cleared up by Mike (who I received excellent support from!). Mike sent me samples to review colors & finishes. - Timely Delivery: Placed the order on 7/16 and received the 1500lb. delivery on 8/13. The packing was world-class. - Unpacking. Unpacking was tiring given the location of the palettes and length of my home. Had to walk every piece about 200ft. to my basement. Took the better part of 2 days. - Installation: Installation took me about 5 days. I took my time. The installation videos were good, but a little too simplistic. For example, the large cabinet doors have 5 hinges and getting the hinges to engage can be VERY challenging. In the door hanging video, they are working with a very small door which makes it seem much easier than my experience. I called Mike who confirmed I wasn't crazy and getting the 5th hinge to engage can be tough. This should be mentioned in the video with some tricks to get the hinges to engage (when working with the larger cabinets). Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the result. I did the project by myself and even though I've never built/installed cabinets, I believe the result is competitive with a professional installation. The photos should speak for themselves. Lastly, I think this product offers a great value for someone willing & able to tackle the installation. Free delivery for a product this large/heavy is impressive. Highly recommend both the product and the company support/experience.
